- 1-6 months of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities or similar populations
- Secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal skills, empathy, and understanding of diverse needs and circumstances
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
- Physical stamina to perform tasks requiring standing, walking, and lifting
- Flexibility to adapt to changing situations and priorities
