Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an OMNI Customer Fulfillment Associate. This role is responsible for ensuring a high-quality standard and accuracy in picking and packing online grocery delivery orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and assemble orders from various temperature areas with great care and quality in mind to achieve "On Time" delivery to customers.
  • Pack orders with attention to detail, including distinguishing between similar named products, exact quantity, and correct product codes.
  • Ensure that products picked are of the highest quality, with no damaged products and freshest product selection.
  • Correctly document and label all orders through interpretation and understanding of documentation, including pick slips, packaging details, and shipping labels.
  • Optimize tote fill by packing orders in a space-efficient manner while maintaining product quality standards.
  • Balance fulfillment responsibilities with customer interaction and offering service, including supporting issues to resolution.
  • Ensure strict adherence to safety and food hygiene standards, including maintaining a clean and hygienic work area and operating material handling equipment safely.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting changes to operational procedures, productivity standards, and efficiencies.
Requirements

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.55. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
