Customer Service Operations Manager

As a Customer Service Manager at Walmart Canada, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and a positive shopping experience. This position requires strong leadership and coordination skills to manage front-end operations, maintain compliance with company programs and operational standards, and provide guidance to associates.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure Safe Work Processes: Coordinate and enforce safe work processes and emergency procedures, including safe lifting techniques, cleanliness of the area, evacuations, and emergency codes.
- Handle Customer and Associate Concerns: Address customer and associate concerns, provide guidance as required, and ensure that issues are resolved promptly.
- Monitor Front End Operations: Oversee and monitor front-end operations, ensuring proper coverage, coordinating breaks, and providing assistance to outlying registers.
- Provide Training and Development: Provide training to associates on systems and company procedures, including scanning accuracy, productivity, company programs, and initiatives.
- Oversee Transactions and Errors: Oversee purchase, return, and exchange transactions, assist with error corrections, and verify processes to meet company guidelines.
- Ensure EAS System Functionality: Ensure that EAS systems are functioning correctly, including cashiers deactivating and greeters handling issues appropriately.
- Prepare Registers and Maintain Cash Levels: Prepare registers for opening and closing, maintain front-end cash levels, and support cashiers by providing change as needed.
- Oversee Company Sponsor Programs: Promote and oversee company sponsor programs and initiatives, including credit card services, Walmart protection plans, charity initiatives, and discount programs.
The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $17.85. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
