Job Summary

This role will provide administrative support to Account Managers and client portfolios in Custody Services. The successful candidate will deliver proactive support, ensuring compliance with regulations, internal policies, and procedures.

About the Role

As an Administrative Support Professional, you will:

  • Provide back-up support in the absence of the Account Manager or peers, responding to client needs in a timely manner.
  • Liaise with internal departments to investigate and resolve issues.
  • Process new account openings, reviewing and setting up client files accurately and efficiently.
  • Collect and validate client documentation to meet regulatory requirements (AML/QI/FATCA/CRS) and internal policies.
  • Process deposits, contributions, withdrawals, trades, and other client entries.
  • Monitor account activity and cash positions, ensuring adherence to policy and procedure, and identifying unusual account activity or operational issues.

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • A post-secondary degree or diploma or 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Developing experience in the financial services industry, focusing on securities administration.
  • The ability to manage competing deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong end-user computer skills.
  • A high degree of accuracy.

Salary Estimate

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
