Administrative Support Professional

Job Summary
PAL TAX & FINANCIAL SERVICES INC. is seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to support the office operations. The successful candidate will have a strong background in office administration and be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure smooth day-to-day operations;
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings with clients and colleagues;
- Manage contracts and agreements to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
- Provide exceptional customer service through telephone and electronic enquiries;
- Oversee the analysis of employee data and information to inform business decisions;
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure adequate resources;
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks to maintain accurate financial records;
- Conduct performance reviews to evaluate employee performance and identify areas for improvement;
- Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations to ensure efficient use of resources.
Requirements
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate;
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively;
- Strong organizational and time management skills;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
