Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Canada Inc.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient food preparation and service procedures
  • Supervise and train food service staff to ensure they are meeting quality and safety standards
  • Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
  • Ensure that all food safety and sanitation procedures are followed
  • Monitor and control food costs and labor expenses
  • Develop and implement menus and promotions to increase sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service and quality
  • Conduct regular quality control checks to ensure consistency and excellence
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service management
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced kitchen environment with a team of food service staff. The ideal candidate will be able to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a dynamic environment.
