Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

At SUBWAY SANDWICHES & SALADS, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and preparing high-quality food products.
  • Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Plan and manage the ordering of ingredients and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that our food products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service environment.
Support for Newcomers and Refugees:

Assist with immediate settlement needs, such as housing, transportation, and childcare.

Recruit newcomers and refugees who were displaced by a conflict or natural disaster.

Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition.
