Food Service Supervisor

At SUBWAY SANDWICHES & SALADS, we are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food products.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Develop and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our customers and staff.
- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Lead and motivate our food service team to ensure that they are providing excellent customer service and preparing high-quality food products.
- Train Staff: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to our staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and ensure that we have sufficient stock.
- Quality Control: Ensure that our food and service meet the highest quality standards, and address any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our business decisions.
- Immediate Settlement Needs: Assist newcomers and refugees with their immediate settlement needs, such as housing, transportation, and childcare.
- Credential Recognition: Support newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition to help them integrate into our community.
