Cards Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cards Growth Specialist to join our Cards and Payments Department at Servus Credit Union. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting all card-related product sales, growth opportunities, and business development activities associated with our overall Cards strategies and annual financial targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify and establish collaborative working relationships with internal and external stakeholders to optimize sales and growth channels.
- Provide input on product performance and contribute to the development of growth strategies and plans.
- Lead the development and maintenance of key attributes and product factors related to growth targets and future strategies.
- Manage campaign and offer management activities, ensuring clear understanding and effective execution.
- Analyze campaign results and apply lessons learned for continuous improvement.
- 5+ years of sales and marketing experience with a proven track record in the credit card or financial services industry.
- Strong business acumen, analytical reasoning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Relevant degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
