Cards Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cards Growth Strategist to join our Cards and Payments Department at Servus Credit Union.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our card products and services, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategies to achieve our annual financial targets.
Key Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue for our card products and services.
- Product Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new card products and services that meet the needs of our members.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services industry.
- Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance metrics to measure the success of our card products and services.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Education: Relevant degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Skills: Strong business acumen, analytical reasoning, and communication skills.
