About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cards Growth Strategist to join our Cards and Payments Department at Servus Credit Union.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and developing sales and growth opportunities for our card products, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Providing strategic input on product performance, profitability, and market trends to inform business decisions.
  • Leading the development and execution of sales programs and plans to achieve business unit objectives.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience.
  • Analyzing campaign results and identifying areas for improvement to drive continuous growth and profitability.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the credit card or financial services industry.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Experience with stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and project coordination.
  • Relevant degree in Marketing or Business, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
