Cards Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cards Growth Strategist to join our Cards and Payments Department at Servus Credit Union.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Identifying and developing sales and growth opportunities for our card products, in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Providing strategic input on product performance, profitability, and market trends to inform business decisions.
- Leading the development and execution of sales programs and plans to achieve business unit objectives.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize sales processes and improve customer experience.
- Analyzing campaign results and providing insights to inform future initiatives.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the credit card or financial services industry.
- Strong business acumen, analytical reasoning, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Knowledge of payments products and industry trends.
