Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.
Key Responsibilities- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a positive and memorable dining experience.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
- Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and drive business growth.
- Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed, maintaining a safe and healthy work environment for staff and customers.
- Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are meeting their responsibilities and achieving their goals.
- Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week
