  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and leaves the restaurant satisfied.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and feedback to ensure they are equipped to deliver excellent service.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, ensuring they are working efficiently and effectively to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Personal Suitability: Demonstrate excellent oral communication skills, be organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • Experience: Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
