As a Restaurant Manager at Stardust Restaurant, you will be responsible for leading a dynamic and fast-paced kitchen team. Your key objective will be to ensure the smooth operation of our restaurant, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement efficient methods to meet work schedules and ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Source high-quality food and kitchen supplies to maintain exceptional standards.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring timely and accurate service.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Recruit and manage food service staff to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Prepare food order summaries for the chef to ensure seamless kitchen operations.
  • Establish work schedules to ensure adequate staffing and efficient service delivery.
