Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Pizza Hut. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of dedicated staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including managing inventory, controlling costs, and maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has a positive experience and leaves the restaurant satisfied.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of staff, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Supervision: Supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing feedback, coaching, and discipline as needed.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing plans and implementation, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week
