We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Front Desk Clerk to join our team at B.C. LTD.
About the RoleAs a Hotel Front Desk Clerk, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
You will register arriving guests, assign rooms, take, cancel and change room reservations, and provide information on hotel facilities and services.
In addition, you will process guests' departures, calculate charges and receive payments, maintain an inventory of vacancies, reservations and room assignments, and answer telephone calls and messages.
You will also assist clients/guests with special needs, contact customers to deliver requested wakeup calls, and provide customer service.
The ideal candidate will have a client-focused approach, be dependable, flexible, organized, reliable, and a team player.
Requirements- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Will train
We offer a competitive salary range of $25-$35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

Working ConditionsThis is a permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week.
