Administrative Operations Assistant

Job Summary
The Administrative Operations Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the Chief Operating Officer and the Operations team at Hub International Quebec Limited.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the COO in daily tasks and provide administrative support.
- Attend operations meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate records.
- Prepare and send various communications, including emails and reports.
- Develop and deliver presentations to support business objectives.
- Proofread and translate documents to ensure accuracy and clarity.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and training sessions.
- Manage the COO's agenda, expense account, and other administrative tasks.
Requirements
Technical Skills
- Diploma in office automation, secretarial studies, or equivalent.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Proficient in French and English (oral and written).
Personal Skills
- Attention to detail, precision, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility, discretion, and strong team spirit.
Complementary Skills
- Knowledge of EPIC software is an asset.
- Valid AMF permit - Property and casualty insurance is an asset.
Working Conditions
- Flexible working hours may be required, including office presence at least three days a week.
