Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned External Recruiter to join our team at the Interior Health Authority. This is a term-specific full-time position that offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in healthcare
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs and develop targeted solutions
  • Source and prescreen candidates, ensuring a pipeline of qualified external applicants
  • Provide HR guidance on interview and selection processes, ensuring compliance with IH policies and procedures
  • Work closely with marketing specialists to develop marketing materials and promote job opportunities
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • A minimum of three years of recent, related experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and recruiting top talent in healthcare
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others
  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and applicant tracking systems
