Job Title: Service Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Coordinator to join our team at Randstad Canada. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide front-line service and support to customers, technicians, and management
  • Serve as a liaison between customers and branch personnel
  • Support service technicians in the research, sourcing, shipping, and delivery of parts requests
  • Estimate cost and time for service and repairs, complete and review repair orders with customers, and ensure vehicle delivery on time
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technicians, manage the status of work orders, and schedule service and repair appointments
  • Operate computerized work order systems and engage in learning activities and coaching to improve skills
  • Comply with company, store, and department policies and health and safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Knowledge and understanding of mechanical components of automobiles an asset
  • English and French (spoken and written) functional 2nd language
  • Ability to work effectively with auto parts ordering systems and computerized work order systems
  • Basic math and keyboarding skills
  • Valid driver's license for province of employment
  • Strong communication skills, ability to listen carefully and give precise instructions
  • Aptitude for building and maintaining interpersonal relations, both with customers and coworkers
  • Ability to plan, organize, delegate, and follow up on daily tasks
  • Ability to resolve problems and make decisions
  • Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
  • Ability to adapt and cope with pressure
