Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MP Food Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of our menu items, ensuring exceptional quality and presentation standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of cooks and kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods.
  • Develop and implement new menu items and recipes to enhance our culinary offerings.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to food safety standards.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain efficient kitchen operations.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize kitchen efficiency.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
  • Organize buffets and banquets to ensure exceptional presentation and service.
  • Manage kitchen operations to meet customer demands and expectations.
