Job Title: Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at MP Food Corporation. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of kitchen staff to prepare and cook complete meals and individual dishes
  • Develop and implement menus, recipes, and cooking methods to ensure consistency and quality
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and safety standards are met
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food
  • Order supplies and equipment to maintain inventory and records
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient operations
