Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Manager to join our team at BMO Financial Group. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decisions, including margin analysis and variance analysis.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and finance partners to provide financial advice and service that supports the financial management activities of the Group/portfolio.
  • Support the monitoring and management of financial performance against plans, forecasts, initiatives, and objectives.
  • Generate information and insights that support key business decisions to drive value.
Qualifications:
  • Typically, between 5 - 7 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field, such as CA, CPA, CFA or MBA.
  • Deep knowledge and technical proficiency gained through extensive education and business experience.
