Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Kanab. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of sales floor staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed to a high standard.
  • Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that stock levels are adequate and that products are displayed in an attractive and appealing manner.
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility and reliability.
Work Environment:

Our retail store is located in a busy shopping district, with public transportation available. The work environment is fast-paced, with a focus on providing excellent customer service.
