Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at SRI SAI ENTERPRISES INC.

Job Summary:

The Retail Store Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. This includes managing sales floor operations, supervising sales associates, and maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Sales Floor Operations: Ensure that the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing. Monitor sales floor activity and make adjustments as needed to optimize sales and customer engagement.
  • Supervise Sales Associates: Provide guidance, training, and feedback to sales associates to ensure they are meeting sales and customer service goals.
  • Maintain High Customer Service Standards: Ensure that all customers receive exceptional service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Manage Inventory and Merchandise: Oversee the receipt, storage, and display of merchandise, ensuring that inventory levels are accurate and that merchandise is displayed in a visually appealing manner.
  • Prepare Reports and Analyze Data: Prepare regular reports on sales, customer engagement, and other key performance indicators, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Resolve Issues and Make Decisions: Respond to customer complaints, resolve issues, and make decisions that align with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate: A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively with others.
  • Ability to Multitask: The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively is essential.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities is crucial.
