Job Title: Retail Store Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at Kanab. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our vape shop, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our store runs smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their activities
- Authorize payments by cheque and resolve any issues that may arise
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that our shelves are always fully stocked
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
