Patient Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Patient Services Representative to join our team at FYidoctors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring a positive experience for our valued patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet patients and check them in and out of the office
- Communicate with patients in person, by phone, and via email
- Administer pre-testing services and manage appointment bookings
- Uphold excellent customer service standards using your charisma and problem-solving skills
Requirements:
- Customer-facing experience, preferably in a retail environment
- Confidence working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and ability to learn new technology quickly
- A professional, approachable manner and a love of meeting and interacting with people
