About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor to lead our team at 1 STOP AUTO REPAIR CENTER INC. This is a permanent full-time opportunity with a competitive salary and benefits package.

As a Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, hiring and training new employees, and resolving customer complaints. You will also be required to establish work schedules and conduct performance reviews.

This role offers a fast-paced environment where you will work under pressure to deliver excellent customer service. If you have strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and the ability to multitask, we encourage you to apply.

About You

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma and at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a generous paid time off policy.
