Job Summary:

As a Customer Service Supervisor at 4 J Logistics Inc., you will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service. Your primary goal will be to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction while also ensuring that our team is working efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless customer service delivery
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to maximize productivity and efficiency
  • Identify training needs for team members and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Prepare and submit reports to management on customer service metrics and team performance
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
  • Perform same duties as team members supervised
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, and machinery to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery

Requirements:
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Team player with a positive attitude

Work Environment:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent position
  • English language required
