Job Title: Customer Service Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at ONTARIO INC. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives and ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct performance reviews to ensure team members are meeting their goals and objectives
  • Perform same duties as workers supervised to stay up-to-date with team members' work
  • Recruit and hire staff to fill vacant positions
  • Co-ordinate, assign and review work to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery
  • Requisition materials and supplies to support team members' work

Requirements:

  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service or supervisory role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
