We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario Inc. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading a team and ensuring excellent customer service is provided.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign sales workers to duties to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to develop their skills
  • Order merchandise and authorize the return of items to maintain inventory levels
  • Establish work schedules to meet business needs
  • Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions
  • Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages
  • Organize and maintain inventory to prevent stockouts and overstocking
  • Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle heavy loads
  • Reliability and dependability
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks

This is a permanent full-time position with 35 to 40 hours worked per week. The work language is English.
