Job Title: Office Administrator

Maven Transport Ltd is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Delegate work to office support staff and establish work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including data entry and report preparation.
  • Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Train staff and oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures.
  • Resolve conflict situations and commission systems and components.
  • Oversee payroll administration and plan and control budget and expenditures.
Requirements:
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
  • Flexibility, organized, reliable, and a team player.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions:
  • 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language.
