Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at KIDZ HUB EARLY LEARNING CENTRE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
  • Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:
  • Large workload and high level of organization required.
Personal Suitability:
  • Organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills.
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 30 hours per week
