Job Summary

As a Regional Manager, MD Wealth, you will play a key role in leading a high-performing sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for supervising and developing a team of advisors, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of advisors to achieve sales targets and improve customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with the Regional Head to create and maintain high-performing sales teams.
  • Ensure compliance with MD standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Manage escalated client complaints in a timely and customer-focused manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in the financial services industry in a leadership role.
  • University degree and relevant certifications (e.g., Pl.Fin, Canadian Securities Course, Conduct and Practices Handbook for Securities Industry Professionals).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Experience with MS Office applications.
