We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Manager to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the wealth management sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives and drive growth in the wealth management sector.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive business growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in a leadership role in the financial services industry.
- Proven track record of success in sales and business development.
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze complex data and develop strategies to drive business growth.
