UCCO SECURITY SERVICES INC. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team.
Job Summary:The Security Guard Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the smooth execution of security protocols, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule events, programs, and activities, as well as coordinate work schedules and ensure seamless execution of security protocols.
- Task Management: Oversee the cleaning of specialty and difficult items, ensure the smooth operation of computer equipment and machinery, and monitor quality and production levels.
- Team Leadership: Supervise office and volunteer staff, train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, and provide technical advice and recommendations to improve productivity and product quality.
- Communication: Be the point of contact for emergency situations, assist clients/guests with special needs, and coordinate activities with other work units or departments.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit progress and other reports, ensuring timely and accurate communication of security-related information.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year
- Language: English
- Work Term: Permanent
- Hours: 35 hours per week
