Security Supervisor

Vista Security & Investigations is seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel
- Assist clients with special needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations and handle them in a professional manner
- Coordinate activities with other work units or departments
- Prepare and submit progress reports
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
- Resolve work problems and provide technical advice
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility and adaptability
The Security Supervisor will work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking environments. The position requires the ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
