Security Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Supervisor to join our team at Canam Security Services. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assist clients with special needs, providing support and guidance as required.
- Be the point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and submit progress reports, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring that all personnel are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related role.
- Security Guard License.
Our Security Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including offices, warehouses, and other commercial properties. The role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with regular breaks to ensure the supervisor remains alert and focused.
