We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to join our team at Canam Security Services.
Job Summary:The Security Guard Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of security personnel, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and their properties. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in security management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections of security personnel and equipment to ensure that all necessary protocols are being followed.
- Develop and implement effective security strategies to prevent and respond to security incidents.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless and secure work environment.
- Provide training and guidance to security personnel on security procedures, protocols, and best practices.
- Monitor and report on security incidents, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a security-related field.
- Security Guard License.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
The Security Guard Supervisor will work in a variety of locations, including office buildings, shopping centers, and other commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt to changing circumstances.
Language:The primary language of work is English.Hours:
The Security Guard Supervisor will work 35 to 40 hours per week.
