Security Supervisor

Vista Security & Investigations is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Supervisor to join our team. As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our security team, ensuring the safety and security of our clients and employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of security personnel to ensure adequate coverage and minimize overtime.
- Assist Clients/Guests with Special Needs: Provide support and assistance to clients and guests with special needs, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Emergency Situations: Serve as the primary point of contact for emergency situations, responding promptly and effectively to ensure the safety of all individuals involved.
- Co-ordinate Activities: Collaborate with other departments and work units to coordinate activities, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Progress Reports: Prepare and submit regular progress reports to management, highlighting key achievements and areas for improvement.
- Materials and Supplies: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
- Work Problems and Productivity: Identify and resolve work-related problems, providing technical advice and recommending measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of security personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Staff Training: Train security personnel in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies, ensuring they are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
As a Security Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising a team of 5-10 security personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure they are performing their duties to the highest standard.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:The Security Supervisor role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure. You must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and clients.

- Organized: You must be highly organized and able to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Reliability: You must be reliable and able to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Team Player: You must be a team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders to achieve common goals.
