We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Wells Gray Bar & Grill. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Payroll Administration: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll, as well as reconcile accounts and prepare tax returns.
- Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
