We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Bookkeeper to join our team at Wells Gray Bar & Grill. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities- Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll
- Calculate fixed assets and depreciation
- Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems
- Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports
- Prepare tax returns
- Prepare trial balance of books
- Reconcile accounts
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
