Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll, calculate fixed assets and depreciation, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts on a regular basis to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including trial balance, to assist in decision-making and budgeting.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
