About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team at Wells Gray Bar & Grill. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the financial records and accounts of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Accounting and Bookkeeping: Prepare and reconcile financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Tax Compliance: Prepare and submit tax returns, including sales tax and income tax.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Reporting: Prepare financial reports for management, including budget vs. actual comparisons.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
  • Language: Fluency in English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
