We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at Wells Gray Bar & Grill. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable and receivable, and general ledger.
- Payroll Administration: Prepare cheques for payroll, ensure accurate and timely payment of employees.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements, to assist in decision-making.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or a related field.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
