Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ontario LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards.
Key Responsibilities- Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, and ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent customer service.
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Prepare and submit reports, and establish work schedules to ensure efficient operations.
- Supervise a team of 1 to 2 people and address customer complaints or concerns in a professional manner.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service establishment.
- Permanent employment with 35 to 40 hours per week.
- Fluency in English and excellent oral communication skills.
