Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Bar Burrito. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our customers receive high-quality food and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation
- Hire food service staff
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
- Address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Work Environment: Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a combination of sitting, standing, and walking. You will be required to stand for extended periods and work in a physically demanding environment.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience
- Excellent oral communication skills
- Client focus and efficient interpersonal skills
- Flexibility and ability to work in a team
Work Term: Permanent
Work Language: English
Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
