Job Title: Food Service Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Guac Mexi Grill. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of our kitchen staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and service are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train kitchen staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation
- Address customer complaints and concerns
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high level of accuracy
Work Environment: Our kitchen is a fast-paced and dynamic environment where you will be working with a team to provide excellent service to our customers. You will be required to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and work in a hot kitchen environment.
