**Job Opportunity with Lac La Ronge Indian Band**
**Job Title:** Early Childhood Program Scheduler
**Job Summary:** We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Program Scheduler. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Early Childhood Program in La Ronge.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Early Childhood Program
- Ensure all groups/rooms have sufficient staff during operational hours
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and staff
- Coordinate staff breaks and annual leaves, while ensuring proper coverage in program areas
- Provide guidance and direction to staff to meet standards and expectations
- Make decisions and act in a fast-paced environment
- Foster and support strong positive relationships with parents, children, and employees
- Learn and support Early Childhood Program principles and philosophies
- Provide work plans and progress to the Immediate Supervisor
- Act as an Early Childhood Worker when required to meet ratios
**Requirements:**
- Minimum Grade 12 or equivalent
- Minimum of Level 3 Early Childhood Education Diploma, or other 2-year diploma in Office Ed/Business Administration
- 6 months-2 years previous experience
- A combination of Education and Experience may be considered
- Experience using technology and data base systems effectively
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid First Aid/CPR, WHIMIS and Food Safety Handler's Certificate is an asset
- Personal experience as parent or caregiver of infants and/or young children
- Ability to speak/understand Cree and/or knowledge of Cree Culture is an asset
- Excellent verbal, written communication and public relations skills
- Must have Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Must provide a satisfactory Criminal Record Check/Vulnerable Sector Check and a Driver's Abstract
