Job Title: Ethnic Food Cook

We are seeking a skilled Ethnic Food Cook to join our team at S & K Ng Enterprises (2017) Ltd. in a permanent position.

Job Description:Key Responsibilities:
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet customer demands.
  • Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure high-quality service.
  • Inspect kitchens and food service areas to maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
  • Supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
  • Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to optimize resource allocation.
  • Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
Requirements:
  • 5 years or more of experience in the field of employment.
  • Excellent oral communication skills to effectively train and manage staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and physical demands.
  • Flexibility to work under pressure and manage kitchen operations efficiently.
